It has low cost, is light and has a neutral taste and aroma. It can be used for all cooking methods, types and varieties. It does not change the taste or set obstacles during cooking. It is the olive oil with the lowest price and offers the best value according to its cost.

The benefits of Olive Pomace Oil are particularly evident in frying between 130 and 240 degrees. The health benefits of olive oil are well known. It has the highest content of monounsaturated "good" fats, which reduce "bad" cholesterol (LDL) and triglycerides. It belongs to the oils with the lowest proportion of saturated "bad" fats, which increase the "bad" cholesterol.

This beneficial fat ratio is the same in Pomace Olive oil and Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
