Product description

Maces is a yeast-free pastry made from wheat flour and water. It comes from Jewish culture. This special bread is intended for the Passover holidays. The dough does not contain yeast. After mixing the flour with water, it must be baked quickly at high temperatures to prevent accidental souring. Maces is suitable for digestive problems and diseases of the digestive tract. It has the same energy value as regular bread. It does not contain added sugars, fats or salts. It is easy to digest. It can be eaten alone or painted with various spreads. Delicious specialties can be prepared from the mace. Maces is not suitable for people with gluten allergies.

Maces from Zlaté Moravce
Mace has been produced in Zlaté Moravce for more than 100 years. It has the shape of rectangular slices. The surface structure of the slices is regularly perforated in golden white to cream color with brown bulges. The pleasant taste and aroma of roasted flour is achieved by the traditional technology of baking in a ceramic oven. The maces are uniquely thin and fragile thanks to the original machines on which the dough is processed.
