Product description

After picking and pressing the grapes, the clarified must is tank fermented at controlled temperature 18-20 ° C. Small quantities of pine resin are added to the fermenting must. The concentration of resin in the wine is 1-2 ‰ (parts per thousand). At the end of fermentation the resin is removed from the wine. No oak.

It is ideally served to all other salads with one rich in olive oil, feta cheese and roast meat.

Bright pale yellow colour with light golden hues. The nose is vibrant with aromas of citrus, pear and apple, as well as elegant fresh pine resin. Mouth-watering with a dry and refreshing palate that leads to a line-and-pine, saline finish.
