Its leaflets contain vitagens - substances that, unlike vitamins, supply the human body with energy and building materials for biosynthesis. It also contains cannabidiol, which has even stronger antioxidant effects than the well-known and sowed vitamin C. There are few plants in nature that have at least the same nutritional value as cannabis. Cannabis foods are designed for all ages because they contain substances needed by vitamins and omega-3 fatty acids for the healthy development of children and adults. Its nutty flavor represents hemp tea not only a step towards healthy eating, but also a shift to a tasty revival of the daily beverage menu.
Hemp tea is an ideal painkiller. This is actually one of the main reasons why people choose to drink it.
The active ingredients of the plant are absorbed through the digestive tract and liver. The effects began approximately 30-90 minutes after drinking. However, the effect then lasts about 4-8 hours, their peak occurs about 2-3 hours from their onset.
Due to the slow onset of effects, which last for a long time, cannabis tea is especially sought after by people suffering from chronic diseases such as cancer, AIDS, MS or rheumatoid arthritis.
Instead of a few smaller doses during the day will provide long-term pain relief for just a single cup.
TIP: for maximum absorption of cannabinoids Try to drink on an empty stomach.
Anxiety and depression are among the most common and unpleasant mental health problems people face.
It is estimated that more than 350 million people worldwide suffer from depression. And one in thirteen is anxious. For example, anxiety disorder is considered the most common mental illness in the United States.
Hemp tea has many properties that can help in these cases. Studies show that cannabis contains many substances that act to protect the nerves, which play a major role in regulating emotional behavior.
These effects can be explained in part by the many substances contained in hemp. The plant also contains antioxidants that help repair cells and protect DNA from damage. At the same time, it has strong anti-inflammatory effects, which act against brain swelling.
Inflammatory changes in the brain are considered to be a major cause of depression and anxiety. By reducing inflammation, cannabis helps the brain to self-repair damage caused by stress.
Consuming tea is soothing and it is a mild way of medication. Not only does it have a therapeutic effect (drinking and relaxation), but the drink itself has an effect on mental health.
Did you know that cannabis actually supports lung function instead of limiting it?
Unlike tobacco, hemp expands the lung vesicles, instead of shrinking them. In other words, the plant actually reduces the resistance of the respiratory tract and promotes the passage of air.
Cannabis tea offers an alternative for people who would like to take advantage of cannabis without having to smoke it. This is a great advantage especially for those who are struggling with breathing difficulties.
Regular exercise and a healthy diet protect against many different heart diseases. However, it will certainly not hurt to add cannabis herbs to them.
According to a study published in the journal Pharmacological Research, cannabinoids lower blood pressure and improve circulation in human tissues. Active substances open a blood vessel because it relaxes and dilates them. This is especially important when we realize that high blood pressure and clogged blood vessels are a common cause of heart attack and circulatory system disease.
Smoking cannabis is known to speed up the smoker's heart rate, while drinking cannabis tea can significantly alleviate (or completely suppress) these effects. Especially if you are taking low or medium doses.
Drinking slows down the onset of effects in the human body because it must pass through the digestive system. The effects are therefore milder and softer, if you do not overdo it with the amount.
